Child Knocked Unconscious After Being Hit By Falling Street Sign

On April 4, 2018, a young child was knocked unconscious when a street sign fell and landed on his head. The child was only 6-years-old and was outside of Madison Square Garden when the incident happened.

According to sources, the accident happened late on Wednesday afternoon. The incident occurred near 32nd Street and Seventh Avenue.

The boy was unconscious when the paramedics got to the scene. He was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue. He was reported to be in serious condition.
