Man Died in Rockefeller Center Accident, New York City

A man died on Thursday at Rockefeller Center,New York City in an incident involving a conveyor belt. According to Fire officials the man's head stuck in the belt on the 33rd floor of 30 Rockefeller Center. The victim got a cardiac arrest after the incident and was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced dead on arrival. Police Officer With Fatal Shooting Acquited by Manhattan Jury

A Manhattan jury decided on Thursday not to accuse a city police officer involved in fatal shooting after a traffic dispute last year. It all started when Officer Sean Sawyer got involved in an argument with Jayson Tirado, in East Harlem in October. The argument finally ended with Jayson Tirado being shot to death. Tirado's mother Irene is still demanding justice. She wants the officer responsible for killing her son, to be jailed. Manhattan Building : Two Died after Escaping Two-Alarm Fire

A father and son died in two-alarm fire in Hamilton Heights on Tuesday night. The fire started on the fifth floor of the building around 8:40 p.m. Tuesday, at 611 West 148th Street. This building has six floors. According to officers a 45 year old man and his son jumped from the fifth floor of building where they lived, causing the man to die instantly. The boy had cardiac arrest and was rushed to Presbyterian Hospital, where he died within an hour. Two firemen and six other residents got minor burn injuries. Brooklyn Hospital sued by the Family of Deceased Woman

Ref to previous : The family of the woman who died on the Brooklyn hospital while waiting to be seen in the hospital's psychiatric ward last month and was caught on surveillance tape, have planned to sue the facility. Esmin Green's daughter and sister will ask for $25 million as damages caused by the Kings County Hospital. Also a criminal charge is made by their lawyer. Brooklyn hospital patient left to die

A video from a surveillance camera at a Brooklyn, NY, hospital showed a woman dying on the floor. The deceased fell from her chair, and writhed on the floor. She was left to die as workers failed to help for more than an hour. Esmin Green, 49, was waiting in the emergency room for more than 24 hours when she fell from her chair at 5:32am on June 19.
