James Hodnett is passionate about personal autonomy and individual rights. This is why he is so dedicated to helping his clients fight to ensure that they can live their lives unhindered. He understands how an injury can limit these options and make it challenging to get by. James has been engaged in Personal Injury Law since 2013, and he understands the urgency and importance of these cases to his clients.
James was educated at Wagner College, with a degree in Social Psychology. He went on to obtain his J.D. at New York Law School in 2011. He has been trained in mediation, and does not believe "one size fits all" when it comes to finding solutions for his clients.
