This morning, traffic jams were reported on bridges from one end of the Staten Island Expressway to the other side. This happened during the Tuesday morning rush hour time. Drivers heading to New Jersey on Goethals Bridge faced a delay of about 20 minutes. The delay was caused by an incident on the New Jersey Turnpike.
