On April 11, three people were injured in Brooklyn in a fire. This happened when a four-alarm fire went through a home on Wednesday afternoon. The fire broke out at a house on 63rd Street in Bensonhurst at around 3 in the afternoon. The smoke from the fire could be seen for miles. On April 4th, a New York City Department of Transportation worker was hit by a car on that Wednesday morning. The accident led to the man’s death. This incident occurred in the Bronx. According to sources, the accident happened at around 10:30 in the morning off the southbound Hutchinson River Parkway near Exit 5 in Baychester.
