On Wednesday, April 4, an 11-year-old girl was hit by a car. This incident happened in East Fishkill, NY. According to police, she was transported to Westchester Medical Center and had injuries which are unknown. She was struck by a vehicle on Wednesday afternoon while crossing Route 82. A section of Route 82 was closed for a few hours until around 6 in the evening. Police responded to this accident at around 3 in the afternoon. She was alone at the time and was crossing the street.

She was hit by a 2006 Toyota sedan. The person driving the vehicle was doing so with a suspended license, and they have been arrested on charges in the past.

According to police, the girl was transported by Mobile Life. The investigation is still ongoing, and the identities of the girl and the driver have not been released at this time.
