This Saturday, a man in his 20s died in a hit-and-run that happened early in the morning in Geneseo.

The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office posted on their Facebook page that the accident happened on Route 63 south of Court Street. This places the accident west of SUNY Geneseo’s campus.

Route 63 was closed from the 63/20a to Court Street for many hours as an investigation was going on. The road reopened at around 9 in the morning.

The police in the area are asking for information or surveillance if anyone has it.
