How long have you been in practice?
The first thing that you want to is ask your lawyer how long they have been in practice. You want to find someone who has been practicing law for a long time. You want to know that they have some experience and that they know what they are doing. This is going to be essential when you’re looking for a lawyer for your birth injury claim. Your child has been injured and they may need to be cared for their whole life, so you want someone who is the best.
Are you familiar with birth injury cases?
The second question you want to ask them as if they are familiar with birth injury cases. You want to know that they are going to be able to take on your case and give it the proper attention that it needs. If the person is going to be too busy to give you what you need, look for someone else.
