Robert L. Rose is an associate attorney at Frekhtman & Associates.
Mr. Rose received his Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Binghamton University in 2013 and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Brooklyn Law School in 2016, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Brooklyn Law Review.
Mr. Rose is a passionate and meticulous litigator who is devoted to helping his clients obtain justice after being injured. Mr. Rose has experience in a variety of practice areas including premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, civil rights actions, negligent supervision, construction accidents, and labor law.
He is involved in every stage of his clients’ litigation, from the drafting of
summons and complaint to the time of settlement or trial. Mr. Rose has completed several trials to verdict and negotiated numerous favorable settlements on behalf of his clients.
Prior to joining Frekhtman & Associates, Mr. Rose was a trial attorney representing the City of New York and its employees where he earned the reputation of a highly skilled trial attorney and was the recipient of the prestigious Division Chief Award for his success at trial.
