Too many fatal accidents in New York and surrounding areas are caused by fatigued truck drivers who ignore federal driving safety regulations. In fact, CFR Section 395.3 specifically states that commercial truck drivers cannot start a new job shift until after they’ve been off work for 10 consecutive hours.
