A semi tractor-trailer and a mini-van collided in an accident on New Jersey Route 78 near milepost 52.2, according to a report in MyCentralJersey.com. Dispatchers received word of the accident just after 7 a.m. on Friday, April 8. Vehicle Hit From Behind by Semi A spokesman with the New Jersey State Police said that an eastbound tractor-trailer rear-ended a Honda Odyssey driven by a 26-year-old Dover woman.
