A nonprofit organization wants a construction worker’s death to be investigated. An Ecuadorian construction worker was killed by a forklift at a worksite in the Jamaica area. An immigrant rights group that he was a member of wants answers about what happened and what caused the accident. The victim was Edgar Pazmino. His peers at New Immigrant Community Empowerment want justice and to know what happened.
