Man Found Guilty of Felony Assault in Crash Case

A jury has found a man guilty of felony assault after a trial. John W. Cole is the man who has been convicted of felony assault and driving while under the influence. The trial happened in the Saratoga County Court in Ballston Spa on March 16, 2018. The jury convicted John W. Coleman auto repair businessman, of the two charges. He was driving in one night and crashed his BMW into a tree on Sitterly Road. His actions left the passenger in his vehicle with severe injuries. The passenger is now quadriplegic.
