Police have charged a man from Rome for a crash that happened on the New York State Thruway last year. This accident killed a motorcyclist. Everett L. Taylor, 23, is being charged with leaving the scene of a fatal accident as well as many other charges. The accident happened between Taylor who was in a 2008 Hyundai and the driver of the motorcycle, Joseph A. Perrotti from Utica. Perotti and his passenger were seriously injured and taken to the hospital. Perrotti died of his injuries on June 2. Man Fatally Struck in Queens While Crossing Street

Police Are looking for a driver who caused a hit-and-run accident that led to one fatality. This accident occurred in Queens on Sunday. Police responded to a call at around 12:40 in the morning. The call said a pedestrian had been hit at Hillside Avenue and 153rd Street. Police found a 54-year-old man unconscious with severe trauma over his body. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Five people died in a Valentine’s Day crash that occurred in Ridge. Four of the victims were in one vehicle which burst into flames during the accident. A mother and two of her adult children were among those killed. The man accused of speeding down the road at 154 miles per hour was 23 years-old, and he has been prosecuted.
