Collision at Intersection

A spokesperson for the NYPD later said the Lexus was in a another accident before the 10-vehicle wreck. The driver allegedly left that scene at excessive speeds before the massive pile up occurred.

Emergency personnel transported the Lexus’ motorist and ten other people to area hospitals. Medical personnel reported her as critical. Authorities said there were other serious injuries as well. A 75-year-old man did not survive the crash.

However, it is necessary to reasonably claim that negligent conduct lead to an injury to proceed with a civil lawsuit.
