Bronx, NY (September 23, 2026) – A bicyclist was pinned under an MTA bus in Allerton on Wednesday, according to the FDNY.
Emergency crews responded to a 911 call for a man struck by a bus at Pelham Parkway and White Plains Road at 11:49 a.m. on September 23.
Crews removed the man, who had been trapped underneath the bus, and transported him to Jacobi Hospital. His condition was not released, and it is unclear what led up to the collision, according to the FDNY.
