Man Dead in Geneseo Hit-and-Run

This Saturday, a man in his 20s died in a hit-and-run that happened early in the morning in Geneseo. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office posted on their Facebook page that the accident happened on Route 63 south of Court Street. This places the accident west of SUNY Geneseo’s campus. Route 63 was closed from the 63/20a to Court Street for many hours as an investigation was going on. The road reopened at around 9 in the morning. Pedestrian Seriously Hurt in Hit-and-Run

Police are looking into a hit-and-run accident that happened in the Shirley area of Long Island in Suffolk County. This accident left a pedestrian with serious injuries. The accident happened at around 2:30 in the morning on Sunday at William Floyd Parkway near Flintlock Drive. The police say that a man was walking across the parkway when he was a hit by a vehicle that was headed south. The person in the vehicle fled and did not get out of their car.
