Firefighters Pull a Body from a Burning Bronx Home, Cops Believe Fire was Suspicious

Fire officials have pulled a body that was inside a Bronx home that was on fire. This happened on Monday. Fire police have said they think the fire is suspicious.

Firefighters rushed to the home that was located on Freeman Street in Morrisania. They found that flames had completely engulfed the first floor of this three-story house.

The victim has been identified as 35-year-old Russell Henry.

Firefighters said they rushed to the Freeman Street home at 11:30 at night. The victim was dead on arrival, and no other injuries in the fire have been reported.

It is still unclear what started the fire.
