The woman was 66-years-old, and she accidentally stepped on the gas while on Herzel Boulevard and ended up crashing her car into a pizza place on Long Island. This information was given from the police.

The woman hit her Mercury Grand Marquis into another car at the intersection of Little East Neck Road. Then, she hit into Giovanni’s Pizza, the police said.

People were yelling that there was a car in the pizza place, and many witnesses saw the accident occur.

The woman drove over the foot of one of the employees of the pizza place, the police also said. This employee as well as two customers were taken to the hospital after the incident to be evaluated. It appears the injuries were minor. The woman was not injured and neither was the other driver.

According to police, the crash was an accident and no one will face any criminal charges.
