Police Are looking for a driver who caused a hit-and-run accident that led to one fatality. This accident occurred in Queens on Sunday. Police responded to a call at around 12:40 in the morning. The call said a pedestrian had been hit at Hillside Avenue and 153rd Street. Police found a 54-year-old man unconscious with severe trauma over his body. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Three people have died and at least three others are being listed in critical condition after a fire that started at a home in Queens on Saturday night. The fire started at around midnight on 93-20 211th Street in Queens Village. The fire spread through the two-story house. FDNY crews helped 11 individuals get out of the house, and they were taken to local hospitals. This information comes from the police. Man Dead in Geneseo Hit-and-Run

This Saturday, a man in his 20s died in a hit-and-run that happened early in the morning in Geneseo. The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office posted on their Facebook page that the accident happened on Route 63 south of Court Street. This places the accident west of SUNY Geneseo’s campus. The Niagara Falls Police Department has identified the 32-year-old woman from Grand Island who died on Sunday night. She died after she was ejected from her motorcycle. The woman, Ashley N. Schmidt, lost control of the motorcycle she was driving at around 8:20 in the evening, according to police. This occurred on Ferry Avenue near 19th Street.
