Another update on the large, multi-vehicle crash we have reported on already. This crash involved five vehicles and resulted in a pile-up near the JFK airport. This was a significant crash that claimed the lives of two people and caused serious injury to five more people. The vehicle that caught on fire was a sedan. The two people who were killed were in the sedan. They became trapped in the vehicle as it burst into flames. Emergency responders had to remove them from the vehicle, but they were not able to save them. Medics at the scene took the give other victims to nearby hospitals. Two other people at the scene refused to have medical attention. An Albany Man is Facing Charges After a Wrong-Way Crash

  A man from Albany is facing charges after he caused a head-on collision. The collision happened while he was driving the wrong way on Saturday, March 17, on I-90 in Albany. This information comes from the state police. He is facing charges including DWI and vehicular assault. Both drivers involved in the crash were taken to Albany Medical Center Hospital where they were both treated for serious injuries. The man facing charges is Andrew M. Febbie, 21-years-old.
