These towns were Town of North Salem, Town of Somers, and Town of Lewisboro. Joseph Carlacci of Eden Identified in North Collins Crash

A driver who died in a car crash in North Collins last weekend has been identified. According to the Erie County Sheriff’s Office, the man who died was Joseph Carlacci. He was 20-years-old and from Eden. He was found by two sheriff's deputies at around 4 in the morning off Jennings Road in North Collins. His car was left on the road and was found against multiple trees. The deputies searched the area and found he had been thrown out of his car. He was pronounced dead at the scene, the police said. The Orchard Park Police got many calls last weekend about a vehicle that was crashing into parked cars on Lake Avenue east of Abbot Road. Many other callers reported to the police that the driver fled from the scene and that he was heading eastbound. At the end of March, a driver drove into a classroom located in Upstate New York at an elementary school. A 22-year-old many from Schenectady is now facing a felony charge after he crashed his car into the elementary school.
