The Whitestown Police Department has reported that a police officer was killed in a Wednesday crash that involved two vehicles. This incident happened in Whitesboro. The officer who was killed in the crash was Kevin Crossley. The incident happened on Oriskany Boulevard. The New York State Police said that accident occurred at about 8 at night. The two vehicles involved collided while at the intersection of Oriskany Boulevard and Westmoreland Street. A patrol car was hit by the driver of a Chevy Avalanche. The police officer was taken to St. Elizabeth’s where he was pronounced dead. The driver, who has not been identified yet, was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital with minor injuries. Joseph Carlacci of Eden Identified in North Collins Crash

Driver with Damaged Vehicle Denies Starting Crash

Police Identify Keith A. Mixon Jr. as Man Who Died During Pursuit
The Buffalo Police Department has identified the man who died in a crash that occurred last Wednesday night. The death happened during a pursuit by the police officers of Buffalo of another man who was not the victim. The man, Keith A. Mixon, Jr., was from Buffalo and was 26-years-old.
