In Tribeca in Manhattan, a pedestrian was hit by a piece of falling debris. This incident happened on Friday afternoon. According to authorities, a piece of scaffolding fell off of an office high-rise. The building was located at 101 Barclay Street, and the accident happened at around 2:15 in the afternoon. Crews were called out to an accident that occurred on South Seneca Street in Weedsport. This incident happened at around 5:45 in the evening and involved a tractor-trailer and a car. In the town of Royalton, New York, a Clarence man was killed on Friday evening after a head-on accident. This information comes from the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office. The driver had been charged with driving while intoxicated. Witnesses say that a black car was trying to turn when speeding Mercedes jumped the curb and drove up on the sidewalk.
