This happened at 10:10 at night on Friday. According to the police, Kylle L. Hopkins, 26-years-old, was walking through an intersection at Genesee and Columbus. Crews were called out to an accident that occurred on South Seneca Street in Weedsport. This incident happened at around 5:45 in the evening and involved a tractor-trailer and a car. First responders arrived at 8864 South Seneca Street for an accident that involved minor injuries. When they got to the scene, they found one vehicle that was on its side. In the town of Royalton, New York, a Clarence man was killed on Friday evening after a head-on accident. This information comes from the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office. The sheriff’s office responded to an accident that happened on Akron Road near Miller Road. When they got there they found one vehicle on the road and another in a ditch. This story is an update on a new story we reported on yesterday. In Flatbush, eight people were injured, some seriously, after a multi-vehicle crash that happened in Brooklyn. The driver had been charged with driving while intoxicated. Witnesses say that a black car was trying to turn when speeding Mercedes jumped the curb and drove up on the sidewalk. Federal investigators met in Washington to discuss the causes of two train accidents that involved engineers who had undiagnosed sleep apnea. Both of these accidents happened in the New York City area. The National Transportation Safety Board is looking to release the probable causes of a September 2016 crash in Hoboken and January 2017 LIRR crash in Brooklyn.
