On April 27, an intoxicated MTA bus driver was arrested. The driver, Raquel James, was driving while drunk along Rockaway Parkway and Winthrop Street in Brooklyn. This happened at around 3 in the morning. While driving, he hit a female pedestrian. This information comes from the police. James was taken into custody.
