He is a graduate of New York University and Seton Hall Law School. Mr. Rybakov joined our firm as an Associate Attorney and quickly rose through the ranks to become the Managing Attorney. Eileen received a B.A. cum laude from Brandeis University, and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in state courts in New York and in federal courts in downstate New York. In addition to representing clients in court in motor vehicle and premises accident cases, Eileen especially enjoys motion and appellate practice – presenting the client’s serious matter to the court in writing, so that the court wants to rule in the client’s favor!
Mr. Tribuzio concentrates his practice on personal injury law, with an emphasis in obtaining monetary awards for persons injured in accidents. Although injuries result from myriad types of accidents, Gianni has been able to assist clients in receiving monetary awards when injuries have resulted from trip/slip and fall accidents, automobile collisions, and acts of general negligence by persons owing a duty of care in preventing an injury from occurring.
Throughout his legal career, Mr. Tribuzio, has been committed to securing monetary compensation for persons injured through no fault of their own.
